\n[EN] Gleis 11 is a band that weaves together the cultural fabric of Turkish guest workers in Germany. Through their music, they capture the heart and soul of the guest worker experience across generations. The band is made up of musicians who are the sons and grandsons of the first guest workers who came to Germany in the 1960s and 1970s, as well as members of a new wave of immigrants who have arrived in Germany. Blending Anatolian folk traditions with psychedelic rock, Gleis 11 creates a sound that is both rooted in the heritage of Anatolian rock music and shaped by the present.With their music, Gleis 11 honors the legacy of Turkish guest workers while offering a fresh perspective on migration, identity, and belonging.<\/p>\n
